HOW TO PURCHASE

To Purchase gift certificates please call us 03 9509 3303 or follow the below prompts.

STEP 1:  Click this link  https://www.orientalaroma.co/treatments

 

STEP 2: Choose the date and time (don't worry about it, you can reschedule it anytime you want.

 

STEP 3:  Click "Next" until "Add your info" then add your name, email address, phone number and add your message (please give us the details of the person who you are giving the gift certificate, We need the name, phone number, email address and address of the gift recipient)

 

STEP 4: Then click "Pay Now" after we've received your payment we'll send SMS to confirm that recipient has received their gift certificate or post a gift certificate to that recipient.

           We can post a gift certificate to you (Standard post ) no extra cost

Terms and Conditions:

 

  • Gift Vouchers expire 12 Months  from date of purchase unless otherwise written. Extensions of up to 1 month may be requested PRIOR to expiry in some cases at the discretion of management

  • Expired Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed.

  • Gift certificate is not redeemable for cash.​

  • Oriental Aroma will not be liable to transferable and resale is prohibited. If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.

  • Gift certificate is not to be combined with other vouchers and is not valid with other promos and offers.

  • When re-scheduling or cancelling appointments we require 24 hours notice. Cancellations made after the required time or failure to attend appointments will result in gift vouchers becoming void and charges made to your credit card.

  • Please note Oriental Aroma Massage will NOT refund any treatment that has elapsed longer than 20min in a session. If a customer is not satisfied within 15-20min in the treatment they have the option to change to another therapist more suitable to their needs or request a refund for the full treatment.

  • Only one promotion can apply at the time.
